The Garcia
I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast featuring a fluffy omelette and a stack of golden-brown pancakes. The omelette was a vibrant yellow, filled with colorful red and green bell peppers, adding a fresh crunch to each bite. The texture was perfectly soft, and the aroma of cooked eggs and fresh vegetables was incredibly inviting.
Beignets
So good! This is a must have whenever I'm in Denver.
The Jalepeno Popper
This omelet was pretty tasty! I'd give it a 7.5/10. The jalapeño added a really nice kick and all the flavors work very well together. However, aside from the jalapeño, the omelet is a bit bland (I used Tabasco sauce and ketchup). The fried onions give it a really nice crunchy texture and are a good touch. I'd definitely get it again but I'd also like to try other omelets, too.
Santa Fe Chicken Salad review by Dawn
I truly enjoyed my Santa Fe Chicken Salads. This is the second salad I have tried at Syrup and they make great salads! What really stands out on the Santa Fe are the onion rings. So yummy. It may become my go to salad! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated.

Beignets
So fluffy and incredible, I absolutely loved the beignets as a starter for my breakfast. We had ours with the vanilla maple syrup which made a great dipping sauce. I will definitely be ordering them again!

So tasty! The waffle was sweet and the chicken was crispy. I enjoyed the different syrup flavors to choose from.
Itsa Avocado...Toast
This avocado toast was pretty decent. The toast was nice and thick so it didn't get soggy from the avocado, which I believe was mixed with something because it was very creamy. I wouldn't say that this is the most flavorful avocado toast ever- honestly it leans a bit bland. But the greens and chili oil give a nice touch. Overall 6.5/10
